Her outlook: community banking is becoming more personalized, and AI is a meaningful part of how that happens day to day. Not in a way that removes the human element, but in a way that gives bank teams more capacity to focus on what matters most to their customers.
The challenge she helps institutions work through most often is translating a complex problem into clear, executable tasks. Getting alignment across a team. Helping people see how their individual work connects to a larger outcome. When that clicks, she says, people work harder because they understand the impact.
That combination of technology and team clarity is what positions a community bank to deliver on what its customers actually need.
