This week’s spotlight is on Michelle DeGray, a consultant who leads with conscientiousness and delivers with precision.
Michelle describes herself as efficient, thorough, and considerate, and those who work with her would say she lives up to every word. She is known for being conscientious in everything she does, from building a detailed project plan to rolling up her sleeves on-site with clients. For Michelle, the most rewarding moment is simple: delivering on a client’s expectations and watching the sense of accomplishment that follows.
Outside of client engagements, Michelle recharges by cooking dinner, heading to the beach, and getting lost in a good book. She approaches her work the same way she approaches life: with purpose, care, and a healthy handful of berries to fuel the day.
Her best career advice? Listen. It is one word, and it drives everything she does.
We are grateful to have Michelle on the GNA team, bringing her thoughtful approach and her commitment to meaningful client outcomes every day.
